What if I need to cancel or amend the booking?

If I cancel my booking will I get refund?
We, advrooms.com, do not charge the card provided, it is hotel, who is going to charge the card according to the booking terms and conditions. Please refer to the hotel cancellation policy where you have made the booking.
What proof do I have for the booking made?
As soon as you have entered the credit/debit card details and have made booking on advrooms.com, an e-mail will automatically sent to you, confirming your reservation. You can print this e-mail and take with you to the hotel where you have booked. The hotel have already receive the e-mail confiming your booking at the hotel same way.
Will the hotel receive my booking immediately?
Yes, we forward your booking details to the hotel as soon as the booking is received to advrooms.com.
Are the bookings and the rates guaranteed?
Yes, all bookings are taken from room invetory provided and updated by the respective properties. The booking is confirmed with the hotel moment your reservation is processed.
When will my credit/debit card be charged?
Advrooms.com will not charge your card at any given point of sale. Advrooms.com only obtain the card details in order to guarantee for the booking at the hotel. This card details are stored for limited time period on our webserver that will be deleted and only authorized personel from the hotel, that you have booked,is having access to them.
I do not have credit/debit card, can I pay cash on arrival to the hotel?
Unfortunately, in order to do a booking on advrooms.com you have to have credit/debit card. As your card is not going to charge at the time of booking, you can pay cash on arrival to the hotel, if hotel policy allows you to. Please check the particular hotel policy , where you have booked the room.
