These terms and coditions - as may be amended from time to time- apply to all our services directly or indirectly (through distributors) made available online, by e-mail or by telephone. By accessing, browsing and using our website and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement).
1. Scope of our service:
Through this website we (advrooms.com) provide an online platform through which hotels (including all types of accomodation) can advertise their rooms for reservation,and through which visitors to the website can make such reservations. By making a reservation through Advrooms.com, you enter in to direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the hotelat which you book. From the point at which you make reservation, we act solely as an intermediary between you and the hotel, transmittiing the details of your reservation to the relevant hotel and sending you a cofirmation e-mail for and on behalf of the hotel. When rendering our services, the information that we disclose is based on the information provided to us by the hotels. As such, the hotels are ginven access to the extranet through which they are fully resposible for updating all the rates, availabililty and other information which is displayed on our website. Although we use reasonable skill and care in performing our services we will not verify if, and cannot guarantee that, all information is accurate, complete or correct, nor we be held responsible for any errors (including manifest and typographical errors), any interruptions (whether due to any (temporary and/or partial) breakdown, repair, upgrade or maitenanceof our website or otherwise), inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or non-delivery of information. Each hotel remain responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the (descriptive) information (including rates and availability) displayed on our website. Our website does not costitute and should not be regarded as recommendation or endorsement of (the quality, service level or rating of) any hotel made available. Our services are made available for personal and non-commercial use only. Therefore, you are not allowed to re-sell, deep link, use, copy, monitor (e.g.spider,scrape), display, download or reproduce any content or information, software, products or services available on our website for any commercial or competetive activity or purpose.
2. Prices
The prices on our site are highly competetive. All prices on the advrooms.com website are per room for your entire stay and are displayed including VAT and all other taxes (subjected to change of such taxes), unless stated differently on our website or the confirmation e-mail. Sometimes cheaper rates are available at our website for a specific stay at a hotel; however, these rates made by hotels may carry special restriction and conditions, for example in respect of cancellation and refund. Please check the room and rate details thouroghly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation. The currency converter is for information purposes only and should not be relied upon as accurate and real time; actual rates may vary.
3. Privacy
Advrooms.com uses high ethical standards and respects your privacy. Save for disclosures required by law in any relevent jurdiction and the disclosure of your name, e-mail address and your credit card details for completing your booking with the relevent hotel of your choice, we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent. Please have a look at our privacy policy for further information.
4. Free of charge
Our sevice is free of charge. Unlike many other parties, we will not charge you for our service or addd any additional (reservation) fees to the room rate. We will not charge your credit card, as you will pay the hotel directly for your stay.
5.Credit Card
Hotels require credit card detials in order to guarantee your reservation. As such, we will send your credit card information directly to the hotel at which your booking is made. In order to safeguard and encrypt your credit card information when in transit to us, we use the "Secure Scoket Layer (SSL)" technology for our services.
For certain rates or special offers, please note that your credit card may be pre-authorised or chaged (sometimes without any option for refund) upon reservation and confirmation of the booking. Please check the room details thouroghly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.
In the event of credit card fraud or unathorized use of your credit card by third parties, most banks and credit card companies bear ther risk and cover all the charges resultingfrom such fraud and misuse, which may sometimes be subject to a deductible. In the event that your credit card company or bank charges the deductible from you because of unahthorized transactions resulting from a resrevation made on our website, we will pay you this deductible, up to an aggregae amount. In order to indemnify you, please make sure that you reposrt this fraud to your credit card provider (in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures) and contact us immediately by e-mail, contact@advrooms.com. Please state "credit card fraud" in the subject line of your e-mail. This indemnification only applies to credit card reservations made using advrooms.com secure server and the unauthorized used of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own while using the secure server.
6. Cancellation
By making a reservation with a hotel, you accept and agree to the relevent cancellation and no-show policy of that hotel, and to any additional (delivery) terms and conditions of the hotel that may apply to your reservation or during your stay, including for services rendered and/or products offered by the hotel (the delivery terms and conditions of the hotel can be obtained with the relevent hotel). The general cancellation and no-show policy of each hotel is made available on our website at the hotel information pages, during the reservation procedure and in the confirmation e-mail. Please note that certain rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellations or change. Please check the room details throughly for such conditions prior to making your reservation. If you wish to review, adjust or cancel your reservation , please revert to the cofimation e-mail and follow the instruction therein. Please note that you may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with the hotels' cancellation policy. we recommend that you read the cancellation and no-show policy of the hotel carefully prior to making your reservation.
7. Further Correspondance
By completing the booking, you agree to receive an invitation e-mail to completer our guest review from which we will promptly send to you after your stay at the hotel. The completed guest review may be uploaded on to the relevant hotel's information page on our website for the sole purpose of informing (future) customer of your opinion of service (level) and quality of the hotel. We reserve the right to adjust, refuse or remove reviews at our sole discretion. The guest review form should be regarded as a survey and does not include and does not include any further (solicited or unsolicited) notices, e-mails or correspondance, unless you specifically agree otherwise.
8. Disclaimer
Subject to the limitations set out in these terms and conditions, we shall only be liable for direct damages actually suffered, paid or incurred by you due to an attributable shorcoming of our obligation in respect or our services, up to an aggregate amount of the aggregate cost of your reservation as set out in the confirmation e-mail(wherther for one event or series of connected events). However, neither we not any of our afficated companies shall be liable for (i) any punitive, special, indirect, indirect or sequenctial loss or damages, any loss of production, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of contract, loss of damage or goodwill or reputation, loss of claim, (ii)any inaccuracy relating to the (descriptive) information (including rates, availablity and ratings) of the hotel as made available on our website, (iii) the services rendered or the products offered by the hotel, (iv) any (direct, indirect, consequestial or punitive) damages, lossess or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you, pursuant to, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use or delay of our website, or (v) for any (personal) injury, death, property damage, or other (direct, indirect, special, consequestial or punitive) damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you, whether due to (legal) acts, errors, breaches, (gross) negligence, willful misconduct, ommisions, non-performance, misinterpretations, tort or strict lialibility by or (wholly or partly) attributable to the hotel (its employees, directors, officers, agents, representatives or affiliated companies), including any (partial) cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or any other event beyond our control.
9. Miscellaneous
Unless stated otherwise, the software required for our services or available at or used by our website and the intellectual property rights (including copyrights) of the contents and information of and material on our website are owned by Advrooms.com, its suppliers or providers.
These terms and conditions and the provision of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Law and any dispute arising out of these general terms and conditions and our services shall exclusively be submitted to the competent courts in Ahmedabad, India.

Information cancellation
When you make a reservation for a hotel (or any other type of accomodation), you will be asked to complete online forms providing for: your name, (home or office) address, (business or private) e-mail address, (mobile, home or office) telephone number, credit card details (i.e. credit card type and number, CVC code, expiration date, credit card holder name) and to the exent available, reservation prefereces and smoking prefernece. This information is required to process, book and complete your reservation (including the sending of a confirmation e-mail of the booking to you)
Disclosure of personal details
For our services, we shall collect for the following purposes for the following:
Resrvation Orders: For the purposes of completing your booking and save for disclosures required by law, criminal investigations, subpoenas or court orders, we will only disclose your name and the credit card details to the relevant hotel with which a bookjg is made. However, please note that from time to time,we may use third party distributors which provide certail services and functions for and on our behalf. These third party distributors may have access to (part of your) personal information in order to perform thier services and functions, but are subject to a confidetiality obligation pursuant to which they can not use, shre or disclose the information for any other purpose.
Surveys: By completing a booking, you agree to receive an invitation e-mail to complete our guest review form which we will promptly send to you after your stay of the hotel, which review can also be completed anonymously. By completing the guest review, you agree that the completed guest review can be uploaded to our website at the relevant hotel information page for the sole purpose of informing (future) customers on the service (level) and quality of the relevent hotel. We reserve the right to adjust, refuse or remove review forms at our sole discretion. The guest review form should be regarded as a survey and does not include any (further commercial) offers, invitations or incentives whatsoever. If you no longer wish to receve a survery request e-mail, you can simply click on the unsubcribe link or reply (with "unsubscribe" in the subject line).
Newsletters and other information: If you wish to subscibe for our newsletter or wish to receive other information from us( in respect of our, our affiliated companies' or business partners' products or services), we offer you the option to "Opt in" for this service. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter and other promotional communications, you can simply click on the unsubscribe link or reply (with "unsubscribe" in the subject line). Visitors' registration and "cookies" : For (improvement of) our service and product, we use (temporary and persistant) cookies to tract browsing behaviour and monitor and record the visits the use of our website(s).Cookies are text files stored at your computer, either temporary or persistent on your hard drive. You always have the right to review the personal data you have stored with us. You can request your personal data by e-mailing us at contact@advrooms.com Please state-request personal data- in the subject line of your e-mail.
If your personal data is incorrect, we will change it upon your request. You can also ask Advrooms.com to remove your personal data from its database by sending us an e-mail to the above mentioned e-mail address.
When does advrooms.com send you e-mails?
After you have made a booking, you will receive a confirmation message with all the information about your booking. You may take this confirmation to the hotel as a proof of the reservation. Furthermore, after your stay at the hotel, we will sen you the guest review survey, which we appericiate to be filled in by you. Your completed guest review form may be uploaded on to the relevant hotel's information page on our website for the sole purpose of informing (future) customers of your opinion of the service (level) and quality of the hotel. To the extent that you have "opted in" you may receive from us and from time to time our newsletter or other information.
